Business Controller, Spirits, Norway
You are a true financial professional and, in this role, you would work as a business partner to our Spirits business in Norway. By bringing your knowledge and effort you will make our business grow even more by supporting profitable growth through financial planning and analysis. You already have some years of experience from similar roles or have similar competence. You have an analytical mindset, ability to manage complexity, great networking skills and you are eager to build innovative solutions for our business. We expect you to have a mindset for high-quality, speed, professionalism, and capability to work in an international company. A hands-on attitude, fluent English skills, and ability to take initiative will be essential in your daily work. In return you will get a view of the latest developments in beverages, world-class brands, and great colleagues to work with. This role reports to Business Controlling Manager - Spirits located in Denmark.
This is what you work with:
- act as a business partner to our Spirits business in Norway
- co-ownership of the market P&L
- pricing strategy and gross margin management
- monitor business and financial performance controlling the month end close process and relevant accruals
- drive financial planning, forecasting and follow-up for the business area
- create relevant ad-hoc reports and analysis based on need
- participating in the possible new financial and IT system projects and implementations to support the efficient operations of the business area
Your Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of relevant work experience from similar role (Business Unit Controller, Country controller, Commercial Controller) or minimum 5+ years of another financial analytical role (financial controlling, FP&A etc.) preferably within FMCG
- good communication, interpersonal, influencing, and problem-solving skills
- proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and strong general IT skills
- strong quantitative skills
- experience in SAP and Power BI are considered an asset
- fluent written and spoken English. Other languages are considered an asset.
